Connection points.

My Xbox One retains displaying this message each time I flip it on. I'm linked through ethernet cable. And it takes a very long time to get the connection restored by disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet cable to the console and router. Unsure if the difficulty is with my console or broadband. Each have been totally reset and the dilemma retains occurring. May be the cat cable? It's solely been taking place the previous few months undecided why.
